I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a bustling business area, directly above a train station. The location was fantastic, with numerous restaurants within walking distance, offering a wide variety of cuisines. As a convenience for guests, the hotel provided basic amenities in the rooms, including free coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. Moreover, I was impressed by the attentive and friendly staff who made my stay enjoyable. The rooms themselves were comfortable and offered a nice view of the surrounding area.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was excellent as it was directly above the Shinagawa Seaside train station on the Rinkai line. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with white sheets that added a touch of elegance. I especially enjoyed the amazing view from my room, it was truly breathtaking. Lastly, the inclusion of breakfast was a bonus, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near subway lines and has plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast selection was good, and there was even a massage service available.
The hotel's internet connection was very slow and frustrating to use. Parking was also very expensive, and there weren't many convenient options nearby.

We stayed at this hotel over New Year's Eve and had a great time. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the bay. We appreciated the convenience of having a convenience store nearby, as well as being right next to the train station for easy access to Tokyo's many attractions. The bathroom was modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location, which was slightly further from the city center than we expected, but that was not a major issue for us. the communication with the staff was a bit difficult at times due to language barriers, but we were still able to get what we needed.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Loisir Hotel Shinagawa Seaside. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of dining options just steps away. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the staff was attentive and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my visit. Great location close to a stop for the Yamanote line, adjacent to a shopping mall with a variety of restaurants, and next to a department store. Clean rooms, helpful staff.
Nothing, all excellent.

The location of the hotel is convenient for travelers who want to stay close to the airport. It is located directly on top of the Shinagawa Seaside station on the Rinkai line, and it takes around 60 minutes and costs approximately 180 to 230 yen to reach Shinjuku. The amenities provided in the room are satisfactory, including mini-fridge and a kettle, as well as personal hygiene items in the bathroom.
It is situated on the railway station on the Rinkai line, so it is not close to the main tourist attractions, making it less convenient for sightseeing.
